Tower A was registered on 16 April 2026 and is due on 31 May 2030. Neither has a recorded deadline extension or a RERA complaint (data dated 28 August 2026). Both have completion dates still ahead, so our data holds no finished Infraedge project to inspect.

The Assetz Property website, which markets the project, quotes the Tower B registration number and says possession is expected in August 2029. Housiey, a listing portal, shows the same number and adds a builder target of December 2028.

Housiey's FAQ said construction was about 35% complete on 10 June 2026. The portal does not say which tower it covers.

Karnataka RERA treats Tower A as its own project

220 flats, one tower, one basement, 233 parking spaces. The 364 homes quoted by Assetz and the portals are twice Tower B's 182. Our data gives 402 flats across both towers.

We could not reconcile the two counts from public sources, so ask Assetz which tower and which registration your unit sits under.

The promoter on the RERA record is Infraedge, and the marketing name is Assetz. The text of the Assetz website does not name Infraedge, so we have not confirmed the link between them from a primary source.

Assetz Muse & Maison, nearby, is registered under Assetz Private Limited. The agreement will show the promoter you are contracting with.

Housiey describes Assetz Group as having 16 years of experience and nine projects. We have not verified that figure.

Confirm in the agreement which land your share is calculated on. Across 22 floors, 220 flats average 10 flats a floor.

More master plan detail

RERA's tower details list 233 parking spaces for 220 flats, which is 1.06 spaces a flat. The plan section of the same filing shows zero open and zero covered spaces, so the filing contradicts itself. Tower B's filing also shows 233 spaces.

Ask for your allotted slot and its level in writing.

On its website Assetz says the common areas are solar powered and the project has EV charging. The Tower A RERA filing marks renewable energy and energy management as "No".

The same filing lists water conservation and rainwater harvesting, a sewage treatment plant, storm-water drains, street lighting, fire protection, an electricity transformer and substation, and parks and tree planting.

Water is from KUWSDB per the plan section.

Listing portals show higher figures for the two 3 BHK sizes, checked 18 October 2026. Roof&Floor lists ₹2.02 crore for 1,885 sq ft and ₹2.29 crore for 2,142 sq ft as a base price with other charges extra.

Housiey lists an all-inclusive ₹2.20 crore and ₹2.40 crore for the same sizes, though its FAQ says stamp duty and registration are excluded. A second Housiey page shows ₹2.18 crore to ₹2.51 crore.

JLL Homes shows a starting price of ₹2.26 crore in its search listing. None of these is a current official cost sheet.
