Together that is 704 homes (our sum), the same figure Realty N More gave for Phase 1 in its article of 25 February 2026 on the township launch. The article does not mention the registrations.

Township size is reported two ways. Roof and Floor lists 80 acres, 15 blocks and 2,376 homes, and the builder's page says about 80 acres.

Realty N More says about 25 acres for the full micropolis, with 10 towers overall and five in Phase 1, and PropNewz also says 25 acres.

The land figures in our records are 416,132 sq ft for A1, A2 and A4 and 80,665 sq ft for A3 and A5, which add up to about 11.4 acres (computed). They come from the K-RERA project pages, and the RERA area table in our data is blank for this registration.

Treat 11.4 acres as the land of the two registrations, which is smaller than any township figure above.

Assetz Property Group markets Mizumi Reserve; the promoter on this RERA record is APG COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED. Roof and Floor lists Assetz Property Group as the developer, and the builder's website carries the same RERA number as this record.
