An RTC is land-record evidence. It does not establish clean title, planning permission or buildable area. Review transaction documents and obtain appropriate professional advice.
Where do I obtain an official RTC?
Use the Government of Karnataka Bhoomi services linked below. A screen view differs from a digitally signed copy. Searches, authentication and payments happen on the official website.
