The promoter on record is Brigade Enterprises Ltd, and Brigade's website dates the group's real estate work to 1986.

Valencia now has two registrations. The second, Brillio and Commercial at Brigade Valencia (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/040924/006986), was registered on 4 September 2024 as a mixed development with a completion date of 30 September 2029.

Its RERA record lists a 779-flat Brillio tower of 27 floors, a retail and office block and a hotel. Brigade's website headline figures of 779 units, 24 acres and "4 BHK Apartments from INR 2.9 Cr Onwards" belong to that phase or to the township as a whole.

None of the three is a Cielo figure.

The same data lists 43 complaints across 19 Brigade projects, dated 2 August 2019 to 25 May 2026. Brigade Panorama accounts for eight of them. Fourteen mention delay and nine mention a refund.

None names Cielo. One, dated 25 April 2025, names the Brillio registration and concerns a refund.

The local planning authority approved the plan under APA/CC/207/2022-23, and the project's RERA account is with Kotak Mahindra Bank. The listing portal Housiey reports no litigation on the project (page dated 20 February 2025); we have not verified that.

Cielo suits someone who wants a flat in a Brigade township close to the Narayana Health City hospitals and about 2 km by road from a metro station, and who is comfortable looking at resale flats before handover.

Cielo occupies about 7.97 acres of a township that Brigade describes as 24 acres. That works out to about 83 flats per acre on the phase's own land.

Brigade advertises 85% open space for the township; the RERA record does not give an open-space percentage, but its amenity schedule lists 1.05 lakh sq ft of parks, which is about 2.4 acres.

More master plan detail

The tower row gives 821 spaces, about 1.24 per flat, while the plan details in the same record list 211 open and 211 covered spaces. Ask Brigade which figure applies.

For a resale flat, the allotted slot number and its level should be in the seller's allotment letter.

Brigade's website shows the master plan only after an enquiry form, and we have not reviewed the drawing. Its status gallery for September 2026 has photos labelled entry portal, skating area, play area, clubhouse and external development work.
