The project is new. RERA gives 2 June 2026 as the project start date, and the filing schedules the frame of the building to begin on 1 February 2027. MEMCO Skyline says its experience centre on Manipal County Road is open.

Parks take 6,130 sq ft in the RERA amenity schedule. The builder's site describes a 12,000 sq ft landscaped park, so the two figures differ, and the sanctioned plan will show which is built.
