Several RERA entries conflict with each other. The tower row gives 23 parking spaces, the plan details give 1 open and 1 covered space, and the common-area schedule lists a basement although the tower row leaves the basement count blank.

The schedule also marks fire protection and fire safety as No, for both internal and external works. Ask the builder in writing which fire clearance applies.

The filed schedule has timing oddities too. The basic water-supply, sanitary and electrical work is dated 30 January to 30 March 2025, and dado and flooring work starts on 3 March 2025. Both are earlier than the structure start of 11 September 2025.
