Two show a completion date later than the one given at registration: Arvind Skylands moved from 28 February 2021 to 28 November 2021, and The Edge moved from 30 June 2026 to 30 March 2027.

The covid, section 6 and further-extension date columns are empty on all eight. Arvind Skycrest's own date is unchanged at 31 March 2031, which is also its date at registration.

The complaint list on this project's RERA record is empty. Other records under the Arvind SmartSpaces Limited name carry complaint lists of 7 to 12 rows.

The 7-row list on Arvind Forest Trails runs from 20 July 2019 to 11 April 2025, and five of its rows are about Arvind Sporcia. The subjects include seepage, water leakage, a structural defect, parking allotment and booking-amount refunds.

None of these names Skycrest.

The builder's project page lists the status as Ongoing, and Housiey tags the project as a new launch. Our approved record says New Project Launch. Housiey shows no litigation against it as of its 13 May 2026 update; we have not verified this.

The Infosys Skywalk area in Electronics City Phase 1 is 13.8 km, Cantonment railway station is 18.8 km and Kempegowda International Airport is 49.3 km.

The Pink Line station at Kalena Agrahara, formerly called Gottigere, is 2.6 km away by road. Wikipedia places it on Mantri Residency Road.

On 2 September 2026, ETV Bharat reported that the 7.5 km elevated stretch from Kalena Agrahara to Tavarekere was ready but still waiting for a date from the Union government and for a safety inspection.
