The tower suits a household that wants a 3 BHK in the Sarjapur-Attibele road area and can wait until 2030.

It is a weaker fit for anyone who needs a metro station for daily travel, since the nearest is 18.1 km away by road, or who wants a clubhouse, because the RERA schedule lists none.
