Fifty-one of the 119 carry a completion date later than the one given at registration.

All 51 were registered on or before 26 May 2020, and the shift ranges from six months to 21 months; the longest is Sobha Lake Gardens Phase 2, which moved from 31 March 2024 to 30 December 2025.

None of the 51 projects registered from 2021 onwards, Altair among them, shows a changed date.

Two projects have an extension application on record: Sobha Arena - Pebble Court (Block 1), applied on 19 November 2022, and Sobha Lake Gardens Phase 2, applied on 1 October 2024.

Eight registrations are marked withdrawn. Five are the phases of SOBHA Crystal Meadows in Bengaluru East taluk, withdrawn by an order dated 29 June 2026.

The other three are Sobha Dream Gardens phases withdrawn by an order dated 23 March 2022, and phases with the same names were registered again on 31 December 2022.

The complaint list on Altair's RERA record carries 222 complaints against Sobha Limited across 65 of its projects, dated from 17 February 2019 to 15 July 2026 (data checked 28 August 2026). None names Sobha Altair.

Sobha Valley View - Heritage has the most, at 19, and 18 of the 222 were filed in 2026. The word refund appears in the subject of 116 of the 222. Read the cancellation clause before you pay a booking amount.

The listing portal Housiey marks litigation as "Yes" for Altair and lists one civil case in the High Court of Karnataka as pending. We have not verified it. Our RERA data does not carry court cases.

Ask Sobha what the case concerns and whether it touches the land title.

BDA sanctioned the plan under BDA/NM/AS/AA-5/TS-4/E/60/2025-26, and the RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/070126/008388. RERA uses the same project name as ours, in capitals.

Sobha's website calls the location Hadosiddapura, off Sarjapur Main Road. Housiey and HomeBazaar file the project under Chikkakannalli, and people also search for it as Sobha Altair Carmelaram and Sobha Altair Sarjapur Road.

PropNewz says it is also marketed under the codename Sobha Scarlet. All of these refer to this one registration.

Altair suits a buyer who wants a 3 or 4 bedroom flat in a 207-flat Sobha project within 2 km of RGA Tech Park and the Wipro SEZ at Kodathi, and who can wait until 2029 to 2031.

A daily metro user will find it a weaker fit, because Hosa Road station is 11.1 km away by road.
