That makes 553 units.

No completion date has moved on any of the four. PSR Nandanam registered a completion date of 31 December 2024, and our data holds no extension and no completion-certificate record for it (data checked 28 August 2026).

Square Yards lists Nandanam as ready to move. PSR Vanasree is due on 31 December 2026 for Phase-1 and 31 December 2027 for Phase-II in the RERA data, while Housiey reports the Vanasree towers 85% complete as of 14 August 2026.

The complaint list on the Platinum record holds four complaints, dated 28 January 2025 to 5 June 2026, and the same four appear on each of the four PSR registrations. All four name PSR Nandanam.

One concerns registration at guidance value instead of the agreed sale value, two concern construction quality (structure, lift and seepage), and one asks for rectification of pending issues. None concerns Platinum, which was registered in 2026.
