Aspen Greens moved from 31 October 2024 to 30 April 2025, Eden Park from 31 May 2025 to 30 November 2025, and Meridian Park Phase I from 14 July 2025 to 14 January 2026.

Meridian Park Phase II moved from 14 January 2026 to 13 July 2026 and Phase III from 28 February 2026 to 27 August 2026. All five are in The Prestige City. The other six, Eaton Park among them, show the same completion date as at registration.

Tower 1 has 87 flats, Tower 2 has 85 and Tower 3 has 82, each over 29 floors. Tower 4 has 112 flats over 37 floors and is the only one with a third basement. That works out to about three flats per floor in every tower.

Two portals describe the heights differently: Housiey says 28 and 37 floors above two basements, and a PropNewz review says ground plus 27 floors.

The RERA filing states parking two ways. The tower details list 366 spaces, one per flat, while the plan section lists 72 open and 72 covered spaces. RERA records about 3.01 lakh sq ft of basement and 10,656 sq ft of open parking area.

Housiey says each flat gets one basement space. Get your allotted slot and its level written into the agreement.

Parks take up 33,482 sq ft in the amenity schedule, which is 10% of the land. PropNewz describes The Prestige City as a 180-acre township with about 80 acres of landscaped green space. Those are township figures; the Eaton Park registration covers 7.66 acres.
