Together the two registrations come to 6 wings and 900 flats. The builder's figure of 1,650 flats is 750 higher than that, and we found no further Edition registration in the same data.

The promoter is Sumadhura Infracon Private Limited. Its record in our RERA data lists 20 registrations.

The oldest was approved on 23 November 2017, and the most recent ones are the Edition and Solace phases approved on 11 December 2025 and Folium Phase-IV approved on 5 January 2026.
