Evergreen was registered about sixteen months later under its own number, with 14 towers, 2,000 flats and a completion date of 30 June 2030. Propnewz publishes the 2024 number on its Prestige Evergreen page along with a 2028 to 2029 possession window.

That number belongs to the earlier registration. RERA uses the same project name as ours.

BBMP sanctioned the plan under GBA/BECC/Addl.CTP/0007/25-26, and the RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/010126/008374.

Evergreen suits a buyer who wants a 2,000-flat high-rise project within 0.6 km (straight line) of Nexus Whitefield, with four registered flat types, and who can wait until 2030.

It is a weaker fit for someone who wants to walk to the metro, because the closest station we routed is 6.2 km away by road.

With 2,000 flats, the density is about 81 flats per acre on the 24.7-acre figure. 360 Realtors and Propnewz also mention a township of 107 or 125 acres, which is the wider Prestige Raintree Park development.

The towers differ in size. Tower 5 is the biggest with 174 flats, Towers 6 and 7 are the smallest with 114 each, and the other eleven have between 118 and 156. Over 19 floors that works out to between six and nine flats per floor.

Housiey describes eight flats, four lifts and two staircases per floor; the RERA data gives no lift count, so check it on the floor plan of the tower you are considering.
