Our RERA data records no covid, section 6 or further extension date for any of the three projects and no complaint listed against any of them (data updated 28 August 2026). Rainbow Properties' site lists Rainbow Haven and Rainbow Oaks as completed.

The RERA project start date is 19 February 2026.

The construction schedule filed with RERA runs earthwork from 19 February to 30 July 2026, the RCC frame from 30 March 2026 to 30 September 2028, masonry from 1 April 2028 to 30 December 2029 and finishing works to 30 July 2030.

The registered possession date is 30 June 2031. The builder's website gives December 2030, and Housiey shows a builder target of January 2031 against the RERA date of June 2031. Our RERA data records no completion certificate for the project.

The RERA filing gives a total project cost of ₹301.863 crore, of which land is ₹119.028 crore. The layout development cost is entered as the same ₹119.028 crore. Neither is a quote for a flat.

Some portals list the project as "Rainvas Rainbow Uno". Square Yards files it under Subramanyapura, Housiey under Kanakapura Road and the builder's own pages under Uttarahalli, and Square Yards and the builder's pages quote the same RERA number.

The RERA common-area schedule lists a basement of about 198,854 sq ft, slightly larger than the land parcel in our record. It also lists staircases, lifts, corridors and lobbies, fire escapes, a common entrance and a terrace.

It marks open parking, common storage, staff lodging and water conservation as not applicable.

Forum South Bengaluru mall is 2.5 km by road (the builder says 2.8 km), Delhi Public School Bengaluru South 1.8 km, Sagar Hospital in Banashankari 2.0 km, Dayananda Sagar College 2.2 km and Malathi Manipal Hospital in Jayanagar 6.0 km.

Further out, KSR Bengaluru City railway station is 11.0 km by road, Electronic City Phase 1 near Infosys 25.7 km and the Kempegowda International Airport access road near Terminal 1 44.4 km.

The builder lists Global Village Tech Park at 8.7 km, which we did not measure.

On Dorai Kere, the builder's website says the project faces the lake and our OpenStreetMap measure puts the mapped edge of the lake about 0.1 km from the pin, while Housiey says 1.3 km.

We have not checked the promoter's environmental clearance filing for a declared water-body distance, and the pin does not mark a tower position. Ask the builder to mark the lake boundary on the sanctioned plan.
