RERA writes the name in capitals as MANYATA EKAMOI; Manyata's press release calls the sales experience centre Ekamoi Gardens, and Homz N Space titles its page Manyata Ekamoi Gardens.

Housiey and Address of Choice print this RERA number under the Manyata Ekamoi name.

Our RERA record for this registration leaves the tower, inventory, amenity and parking tables empty.

The plan section names Anekal Planning Authority and plan AYOPRA:LAO:68:2018-19, with no plan approval date, and lists the source of water as a local authority.

The cost section shows ₹53.05 crore as the total project cost, ₹30.70 crore for land and ₹30.70 crore for layout development.

The land and layout figures are identical, and together they come to ₹61.40 crore, more than the stated total, so ask the promoter to explain the cost split. HDFC is the bank named for the project account.

Manyata Developers has 12 registrations in our Karnataka RERA data under variants of its name, registered between 18 May 2018 and 2 February 2026. Eleven show the same completion date now as at registration.

Earthsong by Manyata Phase 2 moved from 31 December 2021 to 30 September 2022. Manyata Ekamara is a separate registration, PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/151024/007146, with a proposed completion date of 15 May 2027.

One complaint, dated 17 June 2026, is listed against all 12 of those registrations, this one included.

Its subject line concerns the cancellation of a plot, changes to plot dimensions, a withheld bank no-objection certificate and a request to register the sale. No other complaint appears under those names in our data (checked 28 August 2026).

PropNewz carried a review saying that no K-RERA number was confirmed when it was written. The number above is the one in our RERA data, and Housiey and Address of Choice print the same number.

Manyata describes the project as a Japanese-garden-themed community with a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse and 60% open green space, according to the press release carried by Passionate in Marketing on 8 December 2025.
