Searchers also type "the seven apartments Basavanagudi" and "the seven south Bangalore Basavanagudi", and both appear to refer to this project. No page we read states the link between the two names.

Our Karnataka RERA data lists two projects for this promoter. 27 Summit was registered on 25 November 2020 with completion due on 26 November 2025. That date has passed and our data shows no extension; we have not checked its handover status.

The same data lists no complaints against the promoter (data updated 28 August 2026).

The number of homes is the first thing to resolve. The RERA record covers 76 flats, 38 in each tower. MAIA's launch coverage says 128 homes across 36 storeys and about 6 lakh sq ft of saleable area, and Roof&Floor also says 128 units.

Six lakh sq ft over 128 homes is about 4,688 sq ft each, which fits the 4,419 to 4,950 sq ft sizes Roof&Floor lists.

Neither the RERA record nor any source we read explains why the registration shows fewer flats and floors, so ask which flats the registration covers.

Launch coverage also reports ₹120 crore of funding from Arnya Real Estate Fund and a joint development agreement. These are developer statements reported by news sites, and we have not verified them against a registration or agreement.
