The registered promoter is Srivari Springs, which Aurum PropTech's copy of the RERA filing describes as a partnership firm with nine partners and an office at Chikkalasandra, Bengaluru South.

Our Karnataka RERA data holds no other project under that name, so there is no earlier delivery record to check. The same copy shows the litigation question on land, property and khata answered No (checked 18 October 2026).

The plan was approved by the Bangalore Development Authority under plan 31/2025-26, and the bank details in the RERA record name Karnataka Bank Ltd. The RERA address includes the name The Green Valley Address, which Square Yards lists as a 40-acre plotted project of 402 units in Kengeri.

OpenStreetMap places our map pin in an area of that name, and OSRM snaps the pin 31 m to the nearest mapped road.

The name is shared with other projects. Search suggestions for the name include "srivari bliss jp nagar", and GharPe lists an Amith Srivari Bliss in JP Nagar Phase 9 by Amith Urban Developer. That is a different developer from Srivari Springs.

VBHC's Haven of Bliss, about 1 km away, is also a different project.

RERA's construction schedule puts earth work between 6 March and 10 May 2026 and foundation footing between 16 March and 5 June 2026. Work up to plinth level runs from 15 May to 30 June 2026 and sub-structure flooring from 10 June to 31 July 2026.

The frame of the building is scheduled from 20 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. We hold no site progress report, so the schedule shows the plan and not the work done.
