The complaint rows are few and old. This registration lists three, dated 10 September 2020, 7 February 2022 and 3 August 2023, with subjects of deception by the builder, a refund with compensation for inordinate delay, and an expired delivery date.

They carry the name Cityville Valmark, and Phase 2A lists the same three, so they appear to relate to the original CityVille project. The first registration lists six rows in all.
