RERA files 100 row houses in 15 blocks and no land area, so how dense the layout is depends on which portal figure is right. On 5.3 acres that is about 19 villas an acre, and on 12 acres about 8. Ask which figure the agreement uses for the registered phase.

The filing numbers the blocks 2, 3A to 3F, 4, 5A, 5B, 6 and 7A to 7D, so there is no Block 1, and the largest is Block 6 with 16 villas.
