Our Karnataka RERA data, last updated 28 August 2026, holds three projects under the name MAX GLOBAL DEVELOPERS: Divine Meadows in Anekal taluk (registered 19 December 2022, completion date 15 August 2026), North Park in Yelahanka taluk (registered 5 February 2024, completion date 31 December 2028) and this one.

None shows a completion date later than the one given at registration, and none has an extension on record. Divine Meadows' date had passed when the data was updated, and our tables do not tell us whether it has been handed over.

A fourth Genurise project, Genurise Opus Phase-2 in Anekal taluk, is registered to a different promoter, GENURISE BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED.

This project's RERA record lists two complaints, and the same two appear on the North Park and Divine Meadows records. One, dated 3 December 2025, asks for a refund and compensation under section 18(3) of the RERA Act.

The other, dated 6 July 2026, concerns the cancellation of a booking, e-stamp charges and deductions from a refund. Both name North Park and neither names Satori (data checked 28 August 2026).

Housiey shows no litigation for the project, and Aurum PropTech shows none on the land and no complaints; we have not verified either. Our data does not carry court cases.

RERA registers the project as SATORI RESIDENCE BY GENURISE in capitals. The text of Genurise's own page also calls it Satori Park, Housiey lists it as Genurises Satori at Kaikondrahalli, Bellandur, and NoBroker writes Genurise Satori Residence, Sarjapur.

Housiey and NoBroker both print the RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/020226/008444. The RERA address is in Varthur hobli, and the map pin falls on Sarjapura Road at Doddakannalli on OpenStreetMap (checked 18 October 2026).

BBMP sanctioned the plan under BBMP/Addl. Dir/JDNORTH/0121/24-25, and Aurum PropTech reports a sanctioned floor area ratio of 2.4.

The tower holds 161 flats, mostly 3 and 4 BHK, 2.3 km by road from RGA Tech Park, with possession due in 2030. Hosa Road, the closest operating metro station we routed to, is 8.9 km away by road.

Master Plan Summary

Genurise Builders and Housiey give the site as 2.32 acres, and NoBroker gives 2.35 acres. Our record of the RERA filing gives about 127,400 sq ft, or 2.92 acres. The gap is about 0.6 acre, and no source says what the larger figure includes.

With 161 flats the density is about 55 flats per acre on the RERA figure and about 69 on Genurise's.

Genurise says the tower covers 13% of the land and 87% stays open.

The RERA filing carries no open-area figure in our data, and its amenity schedule marks Parks as not applicable, although the external works list parks and tree planting as applicable and the schedule lists a landscaped terrace of about 1,049 sq ft.

Ask how much of the 87% is ground-level landscape.

The 207 parking spaces are about 1.29 for each of the 161 flats. The plan section of the RERA filing records zero open and zero covered spaces, so the two records are not the same count, and the agreement should state how many spaces each flat gets.
