Master Plan Summary

The site is about 4.1 acres, or 178,595 sq ft, in two towers: Tower A with 2 basements, a stilt floor and 27 floors, Tower B with the same base and 22 floors. At 333 homes on 4.1 acres the density works out to about 81 homes an acre.

Nikhar's pages say over 82% of the land is open space. The RERA filing lists parks of 4,860 sq ft and leaves its total open-area field empty, so the 82% figure is the builder's and we cannot match it to the filing.

Tower A averages about eight homes a floor and Tower B about five. Housiey lists 3 lifts and 2 staircases, without saying whether that is per tower.
