Bollineni's website lists Astra, Nestor and Silas among its projects, but our data gives those other promoter names.

Bollineni Astra is under Beekay Dreamlands Private Limited, with a completion date that moved from 1 December 2023 at registration to 1 September 2024. Bollineni Nestor and Bollineni Silas are under Bollineni Developers Limited.

Nestor moved from 31 December 2020 to 31 January 2025 and has one extension application dated 31 March 2022, and the two Silas registrations kept 31 December 2019. Those are other legal entities.

Masonry runs from 24 April 2027 to 23 January 2028 and flooring and tile work from 25 September 2028 to 24 November 2029. The last item in the filed substructure and superstructure schedules, doors, windows and ventilators, ends on 29 January 2030.
