Assetz has not published a cost sheet. Its page shows plan sizes and an "Open for EOI" status but no price, no "onwards" figure and no possession date (checked 11 October 2026). Portals quote their own figures.

PropNewz gives about ₹1.50 crore for a 3 BHK with 2 toilets and ₹1.77 crore for a 3 BHK with 3 toilets, with possession "July 2030 onwards" (page header 26 August 2026; its text says it reflects information as of 4 August 2026).

HomeBazaar says "₹1.49 Cr onwards" with an EMI of ₹90,573 a month (updated 28 August 2026). These are portal figures, not builder quotes, and PropNewz's July 2030 differs from the RERA date of 30 September 2031.

More pricing guidance

If the lower PropNewz price belongs to the 1,543 sq ft Type 10 and the higher to the 1,829 sq ft Type 12, the rates are about ₹9,720 and ₹9,680 per sq ft of super built-up area (₹1.50 crore divided by 1,543 sq ft, and ₹1.77 crore divided by 1,829 sq ft).

The pairing is our assumption, because neither portal ties its price to a plan. An earlier version of this page quoted ₹9,999 a sq ft and an offer for the first 50 customers from a third-party source. We found neither on a builder page and have dropped both.

HomeBazaar mentions an expression-of-interest benefit of up to ₹18 lakh and a flexible payment plan for the first 100 customers. It gives no terms, and Assetz's page does not mention either.
