Sipani Royal Heritage Phase-I moved from 30 September 2021 to 30 September 2026, Phase-II from 31 December 2022 to 30 June 2026, Sipani Viveza from 28 November 2024 to 30 August 2025 and Sipani Pennantia from 31 December 2024 to 30 September 2025.

Extensions were applied for on Royal Heritage Phase-I (11 May 2022) and Phase-II (16 August 2023). Samuha has no extension on record (our data, checked 28 August 2026).

Nine RERA complaints are listed against the promoter, dated 24 June 2020 to 12 August 2026.

Four concern refunds of a booking amount or pre-EMI, and the others cover a delivery delay, maintenance charges, a registration dispute, missing basement parking, a service lift and an incomplete clubhouse, and conveyance and structural defects.
