The developer's Sumadhura Pramoda project page, retrieved on 26 October 2026, describes a three-tower residential community of 297 homes on 3.5 acres in Kenchenahalli. It says select residences overlook nearly 1,200 acres of Bengaluru University green, and it gives December 2028 as possession.
The page lists a 20,000 sq ft clubhouse with Carnatic-inspired design, more than fifty amenities and ten curated gardens. The amenities it names include a swimming pool, tennis court, open gym, yoga area, pergola walk, children's play areas and a creche and baby zone. It offers 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK homes, with the 3 BHK in Smart and Luxe types.
What we could verify
We checked the K-RERA entry for the number the developer prints on its page, PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/250325/007625, on 26 October 2026, using BestProp's copy of the K-RERA public project list. The entry names the project SUMADHURA PRAMODA, shows it as approved on 25 March 2025 with Sumadhura Infracon Private Limited as the promoter, and gives 31 December 2029 as the proposed completion date.
The developer's possession date of December 2028 is a year earlier than the register's proposed completion date. Developers often target a date ahead of the registered one, but the page does not say which date it treats as binding, so we show both. The developer's page also prints the registration number once with a typing error in its FAQ block, PRN in place of PRM, which matches the register once corrected.

The developer's page also prints three size bands, 1,390 to 1,430, 1,625 to 1,660 and 1,930 to 2,055 sq ft, without saying which band belongs to which type. We have not matched them ourselves.

Based on the currently available sources, Sumadhura Pramoda has a verified registration and a developer page that is specific about scale. The point a buyer should weigh first is the year between December 2028 and December 2029. Neither date is confirmed by a delivery record, and the register's is the later one.
The size information has the same gap as other Sumadhura pages: a shared range, three unlabelled bands and no area basis. Before relying on the project, read the registration documents for the approved layout and the sanctioned home count, and ask which size band belongs to each configuration.
