What Birla Evara has announced
The developer's Birla Evara project page, retrieved on 26 October 2026, describes 13 towers on 25 acres with 75% open space and two clubs, the North Club and the South Club. A community street connects the towers and amenities, and open courtyards and shared greens sit between them.
The amenities it lists include a cafe, spa, mini theatre, gym, pool and kids' pool, jacuzzi, badminton, squash, tennis and basketball courts, aerobics, zumba and yoga areas, an amphitheatre, community seating and a pet park. The developer's disclaimer states that its images are artistic impressions.
What we could verify
We checked the K-RERA entry for the number printed on the developer's RERA disclaimer page, PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/060225/007487, on 26 October 2026, using BestProp's copy of the K-RERA public project list. The entry names the project BIRLA EVARA, shows it as approved on 6 February 2025 and gives 25 December 2031 as the proposed completion date.
The register names Vardhita Properties Private Limited as the promoter, while the developer's page carries the Birla Estates brand. The developer's own site publishes the registration number, but none of the sources we read states how the registered promoter relates to Birla Estates, so we have not treated the two names as one entity.
